Yes, rappers JME (Jamie Adenuga) and Skepta (Joseph Adenuga) are brothers. Skepta was born on 19 September 1982 while JME was born on 4 May 1985, making Skepta the older of the two. Their parents are Nigerian and the brothers grew up in Tottenham.

The Adenuga brothers co-founded their Boy Better Know label in 2005. Both brothers have done a significant amount of work in the grime music genre as producers. JME has also established a pay-per-use mobile service called Boy Better Know Mobile.
