Can you eat soy milk in the dukan diet attack phase?

You are allowed to drink soy milk only from the Dukan Diet Cruise phase onward and are limited to 15cl a day. Skimmed milk can be consumed in the attack phase because it is void of fat. Tofu can be consumed as a protein on “protein only” days and on protein and vegetable days. Soy bean sprouts can be eaten on vegetable days because they have lost all of their fat. Soy beans are not allowed because they contain too much fat. Wait until the Consolidation phase to have some edamame as a starch portion.
