How do u make leek and potato soup?

leek and potato soup: 400g leeks, 200g potatoes, 1 onion 4 tbsp oil, 750ml vegetable stock, 250ml milk, Salt & pepper: Slice leeks and chop potatoes and onion. Saute in hot oil for 10 mins. Add stock and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 20 mins. Stir in the milk. Reheat gently before serving.
