The Dukan Diet phase 4, Stabilization was designed to help you keep the weight off. In this phase you can eat what you like on most days. Eat only pure protein every Thursday from the list of 72 foods allowed during the Attack phase. These include chicken, turkey, lean ham, all fish, seafood, eggs, and more. Use spices, lemon zest, soy sauce, herbs, garlic, vinegar, onions, and shallots for flavouring. Consume 3 tbsp. of oat bran daily, walk 20 minutes each day, and avoid lifts and elevators.
