I've lost my n power gas top up card. How do i get a replacement?
Contact Npower Customer Services to arrange for a replacement card on 08000733000 using a landline, 03301003000 using a mobile phone, or 0800413016 via minicom or textphone.
If Npower posts a replacement out to you, it could take 3 working days to arrive. Top up at PayPoint, Payzone and Post Office outlets. Buy any amount of credit in whole pounds up to a maximum of £49 per transaction and have up to £249 credit on your meter.
If your meter is ON and there's credit on it but you have no supply to your gas appliances, contact the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800111999.
