What can you eat on the dukan diet x

During the 1st phase of the Dukan Diet, the Attack phase eat protein (meat, fish, and non-dairy products). In the 2nd phase, the Cruise phase alternate protein with veggie days with protein only days. During the consolidation phase eat protein, veggies, 1 piece of fruit, 2 slices of bread, and 1 serving of cheese each day. Two starchy meals are allowed a week as are two meals of whatever you like. The stabilization phase allows you to eat what you like every day but Thursday, when you must eat protein only.
