What is a bucks fizz called in america?
In America they have a cocktail called a Mimosa that is similar to a Buck's Fizz. Buck's Fizz was invented in 1921 by a barman at London's Buck Club. The Mimosa was invented by a French barman in 1925 at the Ritz Hotel in Paris, France. Buck's Fizz is usually made with two parts orange juice to one part champagne, while the Mimosa is made with equal parts of orange juice and champagne.
