What is the recipe for rhubarb crumble?

Preheat oven to 180C/350F/G4. Cut 10 sticks rhubarb into 7.5cm long sticks & roast for 10 mins. Remove from oven, sprinkle over 1tbsp powdered ginger, mix well. Fill ovenproof dish about w rhubarb. Rub 4oz butter into 6-7oz flour & 4oz demerara sugar. Sprinkle over the rhubarb and bake in oven 30-60 mins
