What's a good quick and easy recipie for a bone less leg of lamb?
Lamb, olive oil, 2oz butter (softened),4 cloves garlic cut into slivers,potatoes,onions,16floz lamb stock, rosemary. Preheat oven to 8. Make small deep slits about 1 apart over lamb,insert garlic and rosemary in each. Rub meat with butter , place in roasting tin. Pour over olive oil and cook for 30 mins, then remove from oven& fill tin with sliced vegs. Pour over stock, place veg tin on bottom shelf&lamb above. Cook for another hour.
