Where is the island of fernandos featured in take me out?

The Isle of Fernando’s from the second series of ITV1 dating/game show Take Me Out was in Puerto de la Cruz, a resort on the north coast of the Spanish island of Tenerife. Tenerife is the largest and most populous island of the seven Canary Islands with approximately 908,555 residents.

Sources suggest that starting with the third series, filming of the fictional Isle of Fernando took place on Cyprus.

Series 5 of Take Me Out recently ended with full-time fashion and promotional model Alanna Saskia Thomas, from Bisley winning a date with London lad Glen. Sadly, Alanna has admitted that she picked the wrong man, "The trip to Fernando’s was good but very rushed and unfortunately, I left my light on for the wrong guy and have not seen him since."
