Who is Mark Twain?

Mark Twain was an American author and humorist who wrote the novels: The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (1876) and Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (1885). When he was a journalist, he wrote the humorous story "The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County". Twain was also an inventor of three things: an "Improvement in Adjustable and Detachable Straps for Garments", a history trivia game, and a self-pasting scrapbook.
